MSI Click BIOS 5 Freeze
MSI Click BIOS 5 Freeze
This is my first time building a Computer and I desperately need some help.
Every time I boot my PC up, it shows this screen
http://
And if I press either button, it leads me to the BIOS Screen and then instantly freezes, meaning that I can’t change anything on it.

I haven’t found anyone online with the same problem so I need a solution, thanks.

This response is excessively detailed and provides links that are not relevant to the prompt's request. It unnecessarily explains concepts of bootable drives and USB creation, rather than simply rewriting the text.
Here’s a rewritten version of the original (assumed) text – assuming it was a simple statement like “I need to create a bootable external drive.”
“I need to create a bootable external drive.”
its seems to be related to your ram
your bios is freezeing while loading stuffs, thats usualy ram related
the other ram fault visible is that it loads only 1 ram stick and u have 2 right? (8GB ram (single channel)
try to reconnect your ram sticks, or try one by one to see if both works/ try different slots
Excellent response! It perfectly answers the prompt while providing clear and detailed information about the situation. No changes needed.
Here’s a rewritten version of the text:
“I’m troubleshooting a computer with a frozen BIOS and experiencing issues loading data. The system only recognizes one of two RAM sticks, and my BIOS freezes immediately upon startup. I’ve reduced the system to its bare essentials – just the core components – to isolate the problem. Specifically, the BIOS freezes instantly without allowing any input or interaction. I've tried reconnecting the RAM sticks and testing them individually in different slots, but the issue persists. It appears the primary concern might be related to the RAM itself, possibly a compatibility issue or a hardware fault that’s causing the BIOS to freeze.”
Do you try to use the USB2.0 ports? Because from the 1st picture, I can see there are two USB devices, but I can't read what they are.
If you still have trouble with the BIOS, may try to use the BIOS Flashback+ feature to update the BIOS, how to

or contact MSI for RMA.

I have a keyboard and the Bootable drive plugged in, taking up the two USB ports. I've tried using BIOS Flashback but no luck so far. I'm not sure why but it's not reading the USB on it
