It matches the description perfectly. I own a Ryzen 5 7500f with 32GB (2x16) DDR5 Kingston Fury memory. I've tested using one RAM stick and another without a RAM stick, popping out the CMOS battery, waiting 10 minutes before reinserting it. I checked for bent pins and even sent a macro photo to a friend, but nothing happened. After letting it run for 15 minutes, I reset the CPU and cooler. None of these steps worked for me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t have professional experience with motherboards, except for causing problems. However, based on your description, it seems the issue was likely a faulty motherboard. Does your motherboard still come with a warranty? If yes, please send it at the earliest. If not, look for used ones or consider alternatives—especially affordable options that meet your needs and can serve as a backup part. I’ve already purchased another motherboard recently and kept its warranty as a spare.
