On AMD the feature is typically referred to as AMD-V, though I'm unsure about its placement in MSI UEFI. Edit - Search indicates it appears under CPU Features and is labeled SVM on MSI.

I didn't notice it either when I looked at the CPU settings, but if you enter 'svm' in the search bar within BIOS it will appear.

In Bios For Advanced Mode, press the Setup Mode switch or F7 key to toggle between EZ Mode and Advanced Mode within the BIOS. Proceed to Overclocking -> Advanced CPU Configuration, then select svm mode-enable or svm mode-disable.
