At first I purchased an ASUS ROG Strix B550-F motherboard. It worked fine with BIOS and I adjusted a setting (exact value unclear). After that it stopped responding and I tried debugging with the EZ tool. Many attempts to swap parts, change slots, flash BIOS, remove CMOS battery failed. Eventually I returned it and received the B550-A Pro, which had a sticker indicating 5000 series readiness. I assembled everything and booted it, but the CPU debug indicator remained active. I tried updating the BIOS with various versions; sometimes the CPU indicator disappeared after about ten seconds of startup, yet no display signal appeared. I suspected a hardware issue despite no visible damage or bent pins. Even with a new power supply it didn’t help. I’m really stuck and would appreciate any advice.

Hello, please ensure your setup uses only one stick of RAM installed in slots 2 and 4.

Used 1 in slot 2, then again in slots 2, 2, and 4, but no improvement. Tried a different RAM stick as well.

It seems the CPU might be the issue, as the problem occurs with both motherboards and swapped parts. You likely meant using a lower-frequency DDR4 RAM, and knowing the BIOS settings change would have been very useful.

I think the Intel LAN option isn't something that looks like a way to completely reset the system.

That would make sense.

I've replaced the CPU entirely because that's the complete problem.
