Hey everyone, I purchased the board and CPU myself. The distributor provided a BIOS update service, which I paid for. However, the CPU light on the motherboard stays on during boot. My monitor isn’t showing anything, and the CPU LED in the motherboard stays solid. I’ve checked the CPU pins for bends and made sure everything is properly connected, including swapping RAM. Anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

Make sure the connection is correct and it isn't starting up. If it doesn’t, reach out to the distributor and request a return merchandise authorization for both the CPU and the motherboard. You might also ask for RMA coverage for the CPU because you’re unsure if the issue lies with the motherboard or the processor itself.

Visit a local tech store to check compatibility. Ask them to run tests on it using a different processor or do it yourself if you have a similar one. If it boots fine with another CPU, your 3200G could be faulty. If it still fails with a known working CPU, consider returning both the board and the 3200G for repair.
