Hi, I hope someone else has encountered this problem and figured it out. I'm working with MSI and have tried their guidance without success. I've used various hardware setups—switched the 3600x to a different board (ASRock Steel Legend worked great) and changed the 1070 to a 1080Ti, RX 480, and GTX 1060 6GB. All of these attempts resolved the VGA LED error. I've also experimented with different memory kits without any change in results. I've recorded two videos showing the steps needed to get the system running (quality isn't perfect, but it helps). You can watch them here:
