I hope the reading isn't 14V; higher voltage usually generates more heat. Avoid increasing it if heat is the main concern. Reduce the voltage and ensure the LLC level stays at a moderate setting.

Game boost remains enabled. Voltage was lowered to 1.375, and the LLC is now at level 4.

Tested at 1.3v, I've noticed some Zen+ CPUs can run at 1.25V for 4GHz. This might be the stock cooler. Game boost appears to be the board's automatic overclocking feature, which should be avoided as they often make questionable adjustments.

Disabled game boost, fans running max speed. Tested 1.3v and 4ghz, but it crashed. Now at 1.34v, 4ghz, passing R15 with 1299pts. Temperatures dropped from +115c to 92c on that run. You have a stock cooler now, which you're considering upgrading to an AIO. It seems the best approach is gradually increasing the clock speed and lowering voltage until stability returns. Any other suggestions?
