Hey there, I'm facing an issue with a build that won't post properly. I built it using a Ryzen 7 2700 initially and it worked well the first time—enough to install Windows. But after the second boot, problems appeared. During the transition, I removed the CPU (which was borrowed) and reinstalled it. Now it runs fine with the correct CPU (Ryzen 5 3600), yet it still won't POST, even though the intended one is installed. The screen shows a red indicator and a blank display. I've tried clearing the CMOS, updating BIOS, checking RAM and slots, rebuilding the build outside the case, testing the GPU in another setup, and changing cables for the monitor—still nothing. This isn't my first PC build, but I'm puzzled about what's happening. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
- Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX
- CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
- RAM: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z, 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200
- GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 6GB + 6GB
- PSU: EVGA BR 450 W, 80+ Bronze
- SSD: Silicon Power Ace A55, 256 GB, 2.5" SATA
- HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB, Internal SATA

If the system is working normally... why worry about it? My X470 MAX has red LED's over the populated DIMM slots.
