I'm checking if the MSI board can use an M.2 NVMe SSD for booting Windows. Regarding performance, models like the Intel 660P and Crucial P1 are designed to handle heat effectively.

These QLC units don’t overheat; they just operate more slowly, similar to a car hitting a spike strip that eventually blows out all its tires when the SLC cache runs low. The same applies to TLC drives, though it’s less severe. In reality, from a user perspective, TLC SATA and TLC NVMe behave almost identically.
