Today I attempted to link the SSD to the B350 PC Mate mainboard, which is considered a poor choice. Unfortunately, the ASUS RTX 2060 OC Advanced GPU isn't compatible with the SATA connector in the 90-degree port. What alternatives exist? The two standard SATA slots won’t block the card’s bottom side. Using a SATA splitter might affect performance noticeably? You have a few possibilities—three drives in total, two in the flat slots and one meant for the right-angle port. I’m frustrated with this board more than with tax evasion. The CMOS battery location is questionable because you need to remove the graphics card to access it, and the SATA right-angle slots sit directly beneath it. It seems like you’re getting what you pay for.

Nm, you have three drives set up. The STA connector should work then you can install the GPU. Or are you attempting to connect the SATA cable while the GPU is already in place? How often do people replace their CMOS battery? In 34 years I've probably changed it a couple of times.

It was mentioned that those two ports are designated for the two drives. I considered adding the third drive on the SATA port (red box). After an overclock failure, I had to replace the CMOS battery, which makes this situation less common.

Silverstone produces these extremely slim, low-profile SATA cables. Would this resolve your issue?

Sure, I revised it. You can add the 90-degree cable and then reinsert the GPU.

Refers to placing it in the lower slots? Then the bottom side of the card clashes with the flat side connectors.

They don’t look very understated, actually—they resemble my current cable, and the top part is quite large. A minimalist 90-degree extender would be a better fit.

Remove the GPU or at least raise it up. Connect the 90-degree SATA cables. Reinsert the GPU. The connectors are meant for GPUs, and the 90-degree fit should lie underneath.

I know what you mean. I attempted it for the first time, but the connector goes in smoothly. The card fits well, though the clip doesn't click properly.

If a suitable connector isn't available, consider using a SATA expansion card compatible with PCIe. It may be more expensive, but it could be a viable alternative if you're struggling to find a better option.
