I own the same setup, it's an MSI x99a SLI PLUS and I have identical components. After powering it off, the temperature stays high on AUXTIN1—no clear reason for the overheating. My system experiences occasional restarts, sometimes with or without overclocking. Does your rig shut down unexpectedly? I'm sorry for the lack of information, there aren't many discussions online about these boards.
