It seems you might be experiencing issues where your PC's core and memory are not utilizing the overclocked speeds, even though OC is enabled. You're currently using an RX 470 Strix, and the overclock stability has been confirmed through testing. The problem could be related to settings or configurations that prevent full utilization.
Test the OC configurations by increasing the speed to just 1Mhz above standard rates (GPU or VRAM or both) and observe if stability is maintained past the point where your usual OC resets.

Sure, I'll give it another shot. Also, sorry about rejecting your answer—it was just a mistake.
Try checking the OC settings by increasing them slightly above the stock values (1Mhz over for GPU or VRAM, whatever you're experiencing) and observe if stability improves beyond the point where your usual overclock reverts. Let us hear your results.
I previously overclocked the core to 30mhz and memory to 50mhz, while also undervolting the Polaris card. I reduced the voltage significantly (-25mV), but now it's around -10mV and still sustaining that overclock. The recent firetest showed no problems and no return to default clocks, which seems promising. Hope this assists others.
