MSI hasn't released an update for Afterburner to work with 13th generation chips. Note: Intel Extreme Tuning Utility can help track CPU power usage.

An alternative software to MSi AfterBurner is mentioned, noting that MSi AfterBurner no longer supports 13th Gen Intel processors. HWiNFO is recommended as a download option.

Add HWInfo readings to the overlay by navigating to Settings, General/User Interface, and enabling Shared Memory Support. In the sensors window, click the gear icon for Configuration, then select OSD (RTSS), locate CPU Package Power, and turn on "Show value in OSD." Open RTSS and enable "Show Own Statistics."
