Usually I save clips using MSI AB, but I've tried the Raptr recording method. It provides significantly higher frame rates compared to MSI AB, though I haven't checked how it appears on YouTube yet. The original file was 1280x720 at 30 FPS, but after editing it to 4K, the size is much smaller than MSI AB. This is the Raptr version—just a casual gameplay video.

When using afterburner, you might need to tweak certain options, but I'm confident raptr is indeed afterburner on another skin. No lag for me!

They rely on separate encoding tools. Both can leverage the GPU encoder when set up, though they aren't identical programs. Unless my afterburner version is notably outdated.

It looked good overall, though I accidentally messed up the aspect ratio. Not my mistake! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ghYkdg7oAwg
