I recently purchased a new CPU and motherboard, but after completing the build and turning it on, I noticed a red message stating that the motherboard thermal pads only support up to 200W, which contradicts the information provided on the Amazon page. My AMD FX 9370 CPU consumes 220W. Are there any options other than replacing the motherboard or CPU?

not much. it is clearly mentioned on the MSI website that the board doesn't support CPUs over 200w.
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/...pport-test
However, if you manage to bypass this warning and boot in, with proper VRM cooling, it should work fine.
