I possess this GPU and can I (and how) modify it to achieve performance comparable to a 1070 Ti or higher?

I have this GPU, can I (and how) upgrade it so it runs as a 1070 Ti or better? Just try boosting the Boost clock and memory clocks by about +100 for the Boost clock and +200 to +300 for memory, do a stress test, and keep increasing until you get stable speeds. This is what I usually do on my Asus Strix GTX 1060 with +250 on Boost clock and +600 on memory, and I’ve seen steady gains of around +10 FPS.
