Libre Office uses its own formatting rules compared to MS Word, which can cause minor issues with fonts and sizes when opening files from LO in Word. However, the distortion isn’t severe. You may be able to save it as a standard Microsoft Word document.

Initial Microsoft Word version. Displays file type: Microsoft Word 2007/2010/2013 XML (.docx) with .docx extension.
