Hey there, I've just installed some new components for my PC and am facing issues with it not starting up properly. The boot LED lights up during debugging, but it doesn’t power on normally. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: resetting CMOS, re-seating RAM, testing various HDMI cables.

My system specs are: Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS ATX, AM4, ADATA XPG SPECTRIX D60G, 32 GB SSD (2 x 16 GB), Western Digital Blue 1 TB, 2.5" M.2 drive Samsung 970 Evo Plus, and a Trinity GeForce RTX 4080 with 16 GB RAM.

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I recently attempted to update the BIOS via USB, but the problem persists even after turning off and restarting the computer, where the boot LED lights up.
