Adjust these options (Windows 10 latest updates) to match your needs. This will set up a folder named after you in the new place. Access the settings via the Start menu → Settings → System → Storage → Additional settings.

I attempted that initially when setting up the system... everything just generates a new collection of folders... they don't overlap with the existing ones.
