You can transfer your existing SSD to the new Windows 11 PC and restore files from the Documents folder, but expect some changes. The saved data in C:/Documents will likely need reconfiguration since Windows 10 and 11 have different file structures. Reinstalling Steam should work if you set up the new environment properly, but compatibility issues may arise with certain apps or settings.

After setting up Windows, transfer the necessary files to the new drive. Steam should locate them automatically. Most content is stored in the cloud, though a few exceptions exist.
