I bought a new computer with Windows 11 and need to erase my old computer that ran Windows 10. Then I want to put in a fresh copy of Windows 11 for it so my dad can use it. Is there any trouble here if the licensing rules change? Basically, I hope I have the same kind of license on both computers but using different user names. The current one is an OEM Windows 10 Home key. Does that matter at all?

If your current setup has an old system that runs Windows 10 and is on a licensed version, you can move up to a newer version of Windows by installing it again through a new USB drive maker tool called Windows Media Creation Tool.
