Hi, I bought Sims 4 some time ago and have switched systems over the years. I don’t really want to download Origin just for that game; I’d prefer having it on Steam instead. Is there any way to get Origin and then add a non-Steam game? Thanks!

Keys are tied to the platform. Therefore, the only option is to install on Origin and mark it as a non-steam game. If you have a backup, you can simply upload the files and check the installation in Origin.

You could import Steam keys into Origin, similar to what was done for Crysis 2, Bad Company 2, and other titles such as Dragon Age.

Since these are EA titles, the company aims to control your access to their services. It doesn’t function that way.

The term "eng" is commonly used to refer to English, while "en" typically means English in other contexts. It seems there might be a mix-up in the labels across different sites.
