Hi, sorry for the bad title but it is hard to explain in a few words. i have two PC, and I decided to switch the motherboard and CPU A into case B (along with HDD B). When starting the PC with HDD B and mobo A, I only get the BIOS because it doesn't have the drivers. I can start windows with HDD A (since it has the drivers of motherboard A). my question: since I wish to use HDD B windows 10, how can I install drivers for motherboard A on it, while using windows 10 from HDD A? Can I choose where to install drivers? should I boot with HDD B and the motherboard A driver disk? thanks.

Both systems use Windows 10. There could be a reason you're considering changing them. The best approach is to remove the existing drivers and then install different ones. You might also need a complete reinstall for everything to function properly.

I was trying to keep the HDD with the correct driver on a different PC, but it wasn’t too important. I’m currently reinstalling everything. Appreciate your feedback.
