I understand this might seem like a straightforward question, but let me explain it clearly. I've dealt with multiple system booting for years and have always managed to fix problems in some way. This one is different, though—I've tried various solutions without success. Windows 8.1 won’t boot, while other OSes do fine. I’m running out of options and would rather preserve my data than lose everything. I know the Windows files are fine inside other operating systems, but transferring them—especially registry changes, DLLs, and other files—isn’t a simple copy. If it’s possible, I’d appreciate the effort to help restore everything instead of starting over.

If you move all the configurations, you'll face the same issue again since everything will remain identical. The best approach is to upgrade the operating system, reinstall all your applications from scratch, and then restore the required files to recover your data.
