Mouse weird interaction issue? Got it, need assistance.
Since acquiring my keyboard and a dedicated numpad (8BitDo for reference), simultaneous right-click and left-click functionality has ceased. Attempting to do so risks minimizing all windows, much like the Windows+D shortcut. This issue emerged after installing the new devices and updating their software. I've tried several troubleshooting methods: re-plugging the mouse, disconnecting peripherals one by one, restarting, and switching ports. Added note: this problem isn't limited to gaming—it occurs across various activities. I'm uncertain if the recent changes caused an anomaly, but it seems the new hardware might be interfering. First instance of minimization triggered a brief window opening, possibly in CMD, lasting about a second. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Turning off the numpad might cause it to function properly once the system restarts. If it works after reboot, it likely interacts with USB devices. If not, examine the Device Manager, remove the 8bitdo entry, and try reconnecting it. If you don’t find it, unplug it again and restart.
They said disconnecting just the numpad isn't enough. They also removed all the drivers listed below (including mouse drivers) and reinstalled the mouse, then restarted with only the mouse connected. Using an on-screen keyboard, I logged in, opened a browser, minimized it. I tried playing a game but still can't aim or shoot and minimize properly. Do you have any other suggestions?
