Yeah, I’ve done that before when my mouse completely stopped moving – that’s caused by the lift-off distance; it doesn’t fix this issue sadly. I think when I move my mouse it causes the whole game to stutter, not just the view, meaning my mouse must be causing something. I watched the task manager and nothing rises when I move my mouse, and my FPS doesn't change either.

It seems like a strange question to ask, but I'm not sure what you mean by "lifting the mouse slightly."

Here’s a rewrite of your request:

It seems like a strange question to ask, but I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean lifting the mouse slightly without realizing?

I’ve been having some issues with my computer lately, and I’m not sure what’s causing them. It seems like the stuttering is worse when I’m playing games that rely heavily on the CPU, but I don’t think it’s a problem with the processor itself – there are no signs of damage, and it’s been running fine for a while now. I’m planning to upgrade my PC around Christmas, so hopefully that will fix the issue.

Monitor cpu/gpu usages, temps, speeds with Msi Afterburner osd while playing. Youtube has setup vids if you need help setting it up.
