I fix computers for a living and sometimes I need to keep computers awake so I can watch them. Sometimes I can't run any programs because the hard drive is failing and it makes life difficult. There must exist some kind of pattern that makes your mouse jitter slightly, does anyone know how?

Adjust the configuration to prevent the device from shutting down or dimming the screen. Updated to Operating Systems section.
