You're having trouble clicking the taskbar and apps, but opening them in the desktop works fine. Refresh seems okay. Try checking your mouse settings or drivers, and see if updating them helps.

Yes, when you hover over the taskbar and nothing appears, it likely doesn’t trigger the usual preview animation. Checking the hover effect might help identify the problem. You could record a video from your phone to share and get clearer insight. If possible, switching to another mouse might resolve the issue.

It functions now, likely the issue was your side button being stuck.
