I'm experiencing a problem where my mouse stops scrolling down unexpectedly, as if it reached the bottom of the screen. This issue occurs across different programs. There have been no recent software updates, and I haven't noticed any changes in Windows that might have triggered this. I've reinstalled all relevant mouse drivers and related software. The mouse model is a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro, approximately one year old. I found an online solution involving adjusting the scroll lines, but it didn't work for me.

System details:
Mobo: MSI MAG x870 Tomahawk
CPU: AMD R7 9800X3D
RAM: Corsair 64GB 6000mhz
PSU: MSI MEG Ai1300p
Storage: Corsair MP700 2TB (about 50% full)
Samsung 990 PRO 2TB (about 10% full)
WD 4TB HDD (about 5% full)
All components are less than six months old.

Peripherals: External WD drive, Razer RGB headphone stand, Razer RGB mouse mat, Razer mouse dock/charger, razer blackwidow keyboard, and the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro (wired/wireless).
Keyboard is around two years old. Everything else is under a year.

Network: Wired connection.

Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system information. Provide PSU specifications, model, wattage, age, and condition (original, build, refurbished, used). List all connected peripherals. Indicate whether the network is wired or wireless. Consider testing alternative working mice to rule out issues. Check Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for error codes or warnings around the freeze events.

I've revised my initial update with the system details.
Reviewed Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer, but no signs of a mouse problem.
I plan to try the mouse on another machine and am currently using a different one. The behavior is inconsistent enough that I need to run tests for some time to reach a clear conclusion.
