while playing in CSGO, if you quickly flick your mouse it redirects you to your second monitor and pressing the click sends you out of the game.

I faced the same issue too. I changed the video settings to default, then restored my graphics settings, and it worked. Give it a try! Also, ensure you're playing in fullscreen mode.

You might consider using this tool: http://www.dr-hoiby.com/MouseJail. It's quite outdated but it functioned well for my previous attempts.
