After a long time I started playing Overwatch again. Wanted to test my aim at practice range and noticed that my mouse doen't keep up with fast montions. It feels like lag. Mouse does this on Every mousepad with every dpi setting. Cheapo mouse tho. I want a new one that doesn't have this problem and in't that expensive. I heard laser tech is good? The one I have is with that red glowing led sensor. What tech should I buy? By the way my mousepad has a picture on it. Does that matter? Is a brand like logitech or something really that better or doe's it mainly depent on the sensor tech used? So many questions. Sorry for that XD.

It occurs even when using the desktop view. The generic mouse driver works, but only under high speed conditions.

Negative acceleration may stem from a firmware problem or a sensor malfunction. Consider rinsing the lens with distilled water and wiping the mousepad with regular mild soap and water.

my logitech 203 runs very smoothly. you can tweak the dpi for better performance, though i like the highest setting. in the settings, you can also adjust the mouse sensitivity—typically between 2 and 6 works well, which is what i have set to 4.

I attempt to turn off mouse control in Windows. The sensor appears to be working properly. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, it might be time for a replacement mouse.

The G203 seems quite appealing. It also comes with a reasonable price tag. I think I'll try it out.
