I've got your Redragon Perdition M901 gaming mouse. It features 12 adjustable buttons and includes software for customization. For a while, I kept it set up the way I preferred without changing anything. Recently, I attempted to make another profile but failed. The software allows creating up to five different profiles with varied button functions and colors. However, it seems the reassignment issue persists—even after deleting files or restarting the computer, the same profile remains active. I've tried several steps: removing the software from the control panel, clearing drivers via Device Manager, and wiping all Redragon files in File Explorer. After restarting, the mouse still shows the old configuration. I’ve also re-downloaded the software but haven’t managed to fix the problem. What additional actions should I take to remove this button profile and regain full control?

I resolved the issue. Rather than getting the program from the company site, I used the CD that came with the mouse and it was a previous release. It functions properly.
