Hello! I own a Razer Viper Ultimate wireless mouse and it consistently displays a battery icon with the percentage in my system tray. Recently, this has started appearing multiple times. I've already reinstalled Windows, updated the mouse drivers, and checked everything, but nothing has resolved the issue. I have a screenshot here: https://imgur.com/RQMYHo6. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you in advance!

Did you download the mouse drivers and related tools yourself from the manufacturer's site? And did you set them up as needed for the games you play? No third-party installers were used.

Yes, I manually downloaded them. Here is the link I used:
https://mysupport.razer.com/app/ans...pe...0-drivers-&-downloads
I didn’t use any third-party installers. My mouse functioned properly until I had to reinstall Windows for another problem, after which the issue began again.
That’s the mouse!
I don’t have multiple profiles either.
Thank you very much for your reply!

Device Manager displays information about the installed mice and other devices. Because the issue began with a Windows update, there might be a bug or corrupted file involved. In Windows, you can try executing "dism" and "sfc /scannow". Additional guidance can be found at the provided links.
