Hi there! I've faced a recurring problem with my wireless mouse and keyboard. I purchased a Corsair K57 keyboard and a Harpoon mouse. Since my previous PC lacked built-in Bluetooth, I relied on the included dongle/receiver. After setting up a new PC, using Bluetooth worked better than the receiver. However, I still experience occasional issues where both devices stop reconnecting unexpectedly. Sometimes they reconnect automatically when I power on the PC, but other times they disconnect intermittently for days. I've tried resetting the devices, updating firmware via iCue, adjusting power settings, and ensuring they aren't in sleep mode, yet nothing has resolved the problem. Notably, my headphones pair instantly without any effort, and all my drivers are current with Windows 11. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Is your device connected via Ethernet for internet access? Did you forget to set up a Wi-Fi antenna? It seems Bluetooth and Wi-Fi might be using the same antenna, which could explain the problem.

Sorry to hear about the Ethernet issue. I understand you've got the WiFi drivers set up and confirmed they're current.
