It seems unlikely, but it might be the hard drive. Trying another one could help. A SATA SSD might work too. As long as Windows doesn’t detect it, it’s probably fine. It could also be that the setting I’m using is exclusive to laptops, since I can disable my AMD GPU in Nvidia Control Panel. I made sure to do that because it doesn’t function when the GPU is active.
