Hey there! I understand you've already asked this before and haven't received much help. It seems the information might be hard to find online. The ASRock Z790 Riptide motherboard supports both USB 3.2 Gen 1 and Gen 2x2 ports. The Montech King 95 Pro case has two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A ports and one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C port. From what I gather, the two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports can share a single header on the board. Your main question is whether you can connect a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 port to the Gen 2x2 header (which works at Gen 2 speeds). You probably won’t need an adapter unless you want to use a different port type. Let me know if you need more details!

We have a single "1 x Front Panel Type C USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Header". This would make the situation feasible, otherwise it would be extremely difficult due to the variety of configurations. Many combinations would need compatibility, similar to USB3 Type A, otherwise such details wouldn't be mentioned clearly. Edited February 27, 2024 by leclod

I understand your confusion. PCPP mentioned a header adapter might be needed, but it didn't give clear details.
