Hey, I'm trying to set up my AsRock B450M HDV board with 3x PCCOOLER RGB fans and an RGB liquid cooler. The original setup didn't include any RGB controllers, so I'm wondering if this board can support RGB functionality. I'd love to get the full RGB experience without needing extra hardware. If not possible, what alternatives should I consider? If I'm really stuck, I might need to replace the fans. Could you help me figure this out? Thanks a lot. P.S. I've attached a photo of the cable—maybe it's actually RGB based, given the design details and markings on the cooler.

Verify presence of an RGB or ARGB connector first. If absent, use an RGB controller ensuring it includes 4-pin 5V connectors—not MOLEX or 12V options.

The product appears to use Aura 5V 3 Pin Addressable RGB connectors, likely a custom connector. Without the controller, the fans won't function properly.

I checked the mobo website thoroughly, but RGB or ARGB text isn’t visible. It’s unclear what the connector looks like, though it might indicate RGB or ARGB. If it did, you could plug it in and control the lights with software. For controllers, any compatible one should work. As for power, the setup details aren’t clear from what I saw.

It seems there are some unclear points about the setup. I’m not sure if a controller is available or if your motherboard supports RGB lighting with new fans. Let me clarify for you.

Sorry, the motherboard you have doesn’t support RGB lighting. It seems the controller isn’t sold separately, and Amazon hasn’t provided useful information yet.

You're looking for alternatives to RGB fans that work without relying on your motherboard. It's possible to find fans that connect via the motherboard or use BIOS controls, but standalone RGB lighting solutions are limited. If your motherboard doesn’t support RGB, you might explore options that let you manage airflow through BIOS settings and then control RGB lights with a separate device. Check for fan controllers compatible with your system or consider third-party BIOS tweaks.

There are two main types of RGB products. Some come with proprietary connectors, often requiring a separate purchase, while others include standard connectors such as 12V or 5V. These connectors fit into the motherboard and may cycle through colors automatically, or you can adjust the color selection using software.

You can search for feedback, but since @Chiyawa mentioned this is likely exclusive, consider visiting the manufacturer’s website to see if they offer a matching product.
