Switch to a different SATA port and reset the BIOS to its default settings (keep your profile saved if you overclocked). If this doesn’t help, consider purchasing a PCIe SATA card under $5-10 and test it out.

I haven’t noticed many people using chatgpt for tech help. Let’s check your SATA configuration in the BIOS. It’s possible you made a change. As @Somerandomtechyboi mentioned, try resetting defaults and troubleshoot from there. If that doesn’t work, test the SSD on another machine and let us know what happens.
