When i plug psu into motherboard absolutely nothing happens then when I jumpstart it the storage sound is on what is wrong please help

I don't understand the meaning of "jumpstart" when it comes to a motherboard. The board needs the power cables connected and powered on at the supply, then you press the system power button on the case or the board itself. You can also short across the power button pins on the front panel connector if testing outside the case. I recommend checking all power connectors such as CPU power, 24-pin, PCIE, and SATA.
