Got a new cpu no pins damaged new cooler, on boot up all the fans spin but the cpu light is solid red any ideas

You made sure the CPU is operational before proceeding. I would reset the CMOS if needed.

I've attempted to reset the CMOS and tried inserting an older CPU, but the issue persists.
