When I plug my kraken razer earphones into my motherboard, the sound of every thing is very rough and I can't hear vocals at all. Everything sounds terrible but when I plug it into my brother PC's motherboard, everything sounds great. I don't know why this is happening and I have been trying to fix it for a long time now. I have done lots and lots of Uninstals and reinstalls of drivers using and testing different ones to see if they were different but all gave me the same result. If I plug some earphones also into the motherboard they sound bad but in the front they almost perfect but no surround sound cuz there earphones. Please help.

I resolved the issue by removing certain Windows 7 drivers that supported surround sound configurations. After uninstalling them, I installed the Razer Surround Sound driver, and everything functioned flawlessly. The audio quality for the Krakens was much clearer afterward.
