How close are you to the router? You might not be seeing your SSID if you're too far away, letting other networks appear higher in the list. When you scroll through the list, is your wireless network visible at all, or does it disappear from view?

I'm on the second floor, the router is on the first floor, but I can link my router to the repeater. It's currently set to number 1 on my list.

When you spot your network ID, tap on it and join. If it's protected (it should be), enter the wireless password again, tap connect, and everything will work smoothly.

Check if your other wireless gadget appears on the network. The password is typically assigned by your internet service provider and often displayed on the router or chosen during installation by you or another household member.

I believe the name was "unknown network." It seems you modified it, but the password failed. Now you can't locate it again.

It appears you're trying to identify the Wi-Fi network your phone is connected to. Would you like me to help you figure that out?
