There seems to be an issue with your mouse pad not responding properly. When you place it on a surface, it works fine, but when you spin it around, it behaves erratically. This might be related to the sensor or the pad itself.

You're using a budget sensor that often faces problems like spinning out. Have you experimented with cloth or plastic mouse pads?
