GPU - 4090
CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
RAM - 64GB 6400Mhz
(sorry for the lack of specifics on the brand of each component, I mostly wanted to post my specs for reference.)
My computer frequently stops unexpectedly while playing games. I believe it operates under heavy demand, though this isn't always true. I've managed to play Star Citizen for extended periods without issues, but games like Space Engineers tend to cause crashes within minutes of starting. Simple titles usually let me play for about two minutes before the game quits. Squad also imposes a moderate load but can run for hours before randomly failing.
In short, I’m unsure what exactly triggers these failures. I’ve refreshed all drivers and performed a clean GPU driver update. I lowered game settings, though I doubt that’s the main issue given my resolution settings. Upgrading RAM might be next, but I don’t have access to it right now. If you have any crash logs or additional details, they could help identify the cause. Also, note that the crashes usually stop the game, though sometimes it results in a blue screen.
Thanks ahead of time for any guidance you can offer.

Applying stress to your GPU generates heat which causes instability and crashes. Inspect your system's airflow, verify that the GPU fans are operating, and remove dust using compressed air.
