Hello everyone, I just upgraded to a new setup with an i5 13600KF, RTX 4070 Super and 16 GB RAM. Witcher 3 keeps crashing after just a few minutes, and Far Cry 6 does the same for a short time before stopping. I've reinstalled the GPU drivers several times, but the GPU stays cool at around 70°C. Still, the games keep failing. What could be causing this? Should I try installing something different since my previous build was an AMD version? Thanks for your help.

Verify if the problem stems from a GPU issue—possible causes include overheating or memory instability.

Your earlier version might be related to the new setup because they don’t share any components.

No, you didn't reinstall Windows before adding the old SSD.

I'm unsure if Intel and Nividia require any special adjustments or settings. Everything is brand new, no old components used—I regularly monitor the temperature in my cooler display and there are no heating problems. I can confirm that. But what about checking unstable memory? I’m not familiar with the latest Intel or Nividia hardware, which has relied on AMD for about five years or more.

Use the built-in Windows memory diagnostic tool or install a flash drive with Memtest86 for portable testing

Your PSU is one of the most frequent causes of system instability. Does your setup experience crashes with a black screen and unresponsive audio, or does it shut down abruptly without warning?

Usually the game freezes and brings you back to the home screen just a few times after a restart. The PSU is running at 750W maximum.

It seems like the GPU might be the problem. Have you attempted running benchmarks or stress tests to check for similar issues? If the issue relates to the card, try applying stress to it as well.
