I notice several discussions on forums about various graphics cards and their configurations. I’m not familiar with a specific anti-virus product, but I’m curious about the most common solutions people use. Regarding my experience, I’ve been using Bitdefender’s free version for a few weeks now. I noticed that Microsoft Security Essentials or Windows Defender scores were dropping on some test sites, so I decided to explore alternatives. Before that, I relied on the built-in features in Windows 10 tech preview. I generally don’t perform regular maintenance and tend to experiment with different settings, which sometimes leads to reinstalling my operating system a few times a month. It might sound unusual, but I find it enjoyable.
Avast (free version) and Malwarebytes are security tools designed to protect devices from malware.
There's this amazing one that's free it's called none, ive been using it for about 8 years now and it doesn't even use any resources!!!
I don't encounter viruses unless my friend decides to install something suspicious. Basic logic applies. The last time I allowed someone to use my PC, malwarebytes showed 51 files flagged—only active for a few minutes. Now I'm using strong passwords.
