I have had really bad stuttering and frame rate drops in most games for a long time. It goes from 100-140 frames down to maybe 20-40, then it comes back up all by itself. I have a computer that is strong enough to play these games, which is an Intel i7 10700K with a NVIDIA RTX 3080 and 32 gigabytes of RAM. I tried uninstalling the graphics drivers and updating them again, changed settings in the NVIDIA control panel many times, tested every Windows option, checked power management settings, adjusted CPU settings, etc., even uninstalling Windows completely and updating my BIOS. Nothing really helped much. My temperatures look fine to me; after all this trying, what stands out to me is that my graphics cards are not being used very well in some games, and I see huge drops in both the CPU and GPU usage right when I get these stuttery moments. I tried several different GPUs, lots of RAM, changed many settings, but nothing has fixed it yet. Any advice would be great. EDIT: These problems happen mostly in tougher or less optimized games, even though my hardware is good for them. I can play simpler ones like Valorant and CSGO without issues. Which make, brand, and specific model number (SKU) do you have for your power supply or PS U?
