I don't understand what's happening with Windows 10 or my computer. I'm consistently seeing 8-10 frames per second in all speed games, from most wanted 2005 to the 2016 NFS. Do you have any advice? I've got an i5 4460, GTX 970 and 8GB of RAM, so it seems like the issue isn't there.

Update the GPU drivers completely and install them again.

Nvidia seems to be having issues. Consider installing a newer driver, especially the latest one for the fastest performance needed.
