Available in the game settings rather than Nvidia choices. Display settings seem to apply. Default setting is two times.
I don't enable V-sync in the control panel or game settings, but it still causes issues.
Really, that resolved the issue. You might want to test another version of AA. Or remove the drivers and reinstall them. Better than nothing.
Consider limiting the FPS to 60, thanks TS;DR.
I'll attempt to reinstall the driver and avoid using any AA.
