10GB isnt gonna make much of a difference anyways, and not only are you stuck with 1333, you're also probably stuck with an odd layout of single channel memory. it's probably not gonna have a serious performance impact, but i doubt that two extra gigs is gonna open up any more doors.
adding 1333 will make both sticks operate at that speed. Unless you really need the extra capacity, I wouldn't include it. More RAM is only useful if you require additional space. I also steer clear of mixing different RAM types. I've noticed it works well sometimes and other times it leads to stability problems. If you need that extra room, DDR3 is affordable on eBay.
